JFK Airport Arrival Procedures

Domestic Arrivals : JFK Airport is unfortunate to be very congested at many times during the day.  Airport ground traffic control does not permit parking for more than a few minutes by curb side, whether to pick up or drop off passengers.  Therefore, our vehicles tend to wait for your arrival in designated areas that are located a couple of minutes away from the main terminals.  Such lots are called Cell-Phone lots.  Please wait until you are in the luggage area to give our operators a call.

International Arrivals: The same procedures do apply as Domestic arrivals.  Please wait until you have cleared passport and customs before giving our operators a call.  Unforeseen delays at JFK Airport are very common specially when multiple flights do land at the same time causing a lot of delay to many passengers.

Curb Side/Express Pickup: Please proceed to the luggage pick up area to pick up your personal belongings.  Once in the luggage area and have cleared the Gate Secure area, please give our operators a call to have them dispatch your JFK limo.  This will give you enough time to pick up your luggage and will give our limo enough time to arrive at the SECOND parallel street to the one outside of terminal main exit doors that you exited from.  Our chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and will make sure that your coats are tucked away.  Please enjoy the complimentary cold water and Daily News Paper in any of our Limos.

Meet & Greet Service Pickup: Upon exiting the non-passenger area at JFK Airport, please look for your chauffeur standing right by the luggage area (which is the main exit areas for most gates/arrivals).  He will gladly assist you with your luggage and escort you comfortably to your limo and get you on to your destination in no time.
